Product Return Policy

Defective Merchandise

All goods are fully guaranteed by the Bohning Company, regarding quality of material and workmanship. Please call our customer service department with any claim of defective merchandise. Please have the packaging and defective item at hand when contacting us. Bohning customer service will record your claim.

If we require the return of the defective merchandise, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA Number). If the products you need to return are considered hazardous or controlled, we will provide you with proper labels for the return.

All defective goods returned for credit, replacement, or refund MUST arrive with an RMA Number and still be in original Bohning Packaging. Goods without an RMA Number or repackaged goods will not be accepted, and such items will not be returned to you.

Credit

Upon receipt and processing of your return, Bohning will issue a credit to your account in the amount of our selling price plus your applicable return shipping costs. If the product was purchased in a prior year, the earlier selling price will be used. Please note: All credit memos expire six months after issuance.

Replacement

If a replacement is agreed upon, the replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

Order Processing / Shipping Error

If an error is made by the Bohning Company and you receive a wrong item or shortage or overage in quantity, please call our customer service department within 10 days of receipt. Your claim and all needed information will be recorded and, if necessary, an RMA Number will be issued.

Applicable return shipping or re-shipment cost via standard ground will be covered by Bohning Company. Claims of such errors made more than 10 days after receipt will not be accepted or processed.

Customer Error

If you receive the wrong item, color, size, or quantity due to your own error, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt. Your claim will be processed and an RMA Number will be issued for credit or refund, provided that you accept a 10% restocking fee to cover our cost of processing.
