Salaried Positions Open: Production Manager -
The Bohning Company is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to organize all production activity using plastics injection molding and extrusion activity. Daily responsiblilites will include plastics and process engineering, employee training, supervision and motivation, production scheduling, and product quality oversight. Our ideal candidate will have:
* Earned an undergraduate degree in Plastics Technolgy or Industrial Engineering
* 8 to 10 years of plastics injection molding processing experiencel;Thin film extrusion experience a plus
* Effective employee training, supervisory experience
* Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
* PC Proficiency
